[VFB] Were might I find some non-tapered fly fishing lines? Any suggestions?
Hi I am trying to make some fly fishing lines that are 20 feet length and I have not been able to find any non-tapered fly fishing lines that I can cut into 20 feet lengths, the fly stores I have been in have told me this type of line does not exist, but would think it does. I think this is something like what they would use on the Japanese Tenkara poles. Any suggestions on where I might be able to find some? Anessa started tying when she was about 8, but rode on my shoulders when I when fly-fishing at a very young age (around 2). (The shoulder fly-fishing was probably not the smartest thing, but we each enjoyed it.) Every so often Anessa has friends over that she tries to teach how to tie. It is fun to watch a bunch of 12-15 year old girls try to tie. She is now planning to start teaching her friends how to Fly-fish.
