If I have a history of being nuts, will that disqualify me for a fed. permit under the endangered rodents act? 3. Can I chum with watered down peanut butter? 4. Will there be a 'Grand Slam' rodent fishing contest? (tree-squirrels, chipmonks, ground-squirrels, gophers) 5. Since flyfishermen are 'squirrelly' anyway, how will they define a squirrel flyfisherman? 6.
