It is very sad to inform you that my husband, Mark Jonathan Romero, was passed away at 7:38 pm, March 18th. He was a very unique artist and we shall not see like him again. They were a fun, happy couple, who often participated together at various fly tying expos. I can remember thinking, This is what I would like to do when I retire, be just like Mark. Well, I have retired, but the Expo fly tying hasn't materialized. Mark was a lot like his flies, a big personality who commanded attention. I was fun to get to know him, and I had looked forward to meeting him again. A sad, sad loss. My prayers and best wishes go out to Misako.
