Re: [videoblogging] Re: Newbie Question - Add Youtube to Wordpress Page - That's It?
blip doesn't take your copyright, and you can get it to auto post to your blog which is nice. On 19/05/2008, at 6:15 PM, Usuff Omar wrote: > Is blip.tv the one to go with? cheers Adrian Miles [EMAIL PROTECTED] bachelor communication honours coordinator vogmae.net.au

Hello, Newbie question. I know nothing about video blogging. Working on first principles, the way I'd do it would be to create a wordpress page and embed a youtube video in it. Would that be the way to go? Would there be other ways to do it? Also, what's the ballpark length of text on the wordpress page? 300 words? 700words? Too short, and it seems the blog is hardly worth reading, too long and the attention fades. I intend putting up footage of laughter clubs in action, discussing what produces fake laughing vs real laughing. There's already quite a lot of videos of laughter clubs on youtube (also under "laughter yoga".) Cheers, Usuff Sydney No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG. [videoblogging] Independent Television Festival
I suspect a few members of this list would be intested in the Independent Television Festival, now in its third year: www.itvfest.org I interviewed the founder, AJ Tesler, at Digital Hollywood: http://www.socialmedia.biz/2008/05/independent-tel.html The deadline for submissions is this Wednesday, May 21. And as AJ points out, this is for independent producers who have a thematic series that they've devised, whether for the Web or TV. jd lasica

Thanks, Adrian. Looked into video hosting sites other than youtube. There are quite a few others - revver, brightcover, myspace TV etc. Didn't realize this. Is blip.tv the one to go with? Do people blog on more than one host? Usuff --- In videoblogging@yahoogroups.com, Adrian Miles <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > On 19/05/2008, at 3:41 PM, Usuff Omar wrote: > > > Newbie question.
