[videoblogging] Veoh has new Vlog system
Hello all, As you know, I have been petitioning Veoh to create a Yahoo Video Blogging channel on their service. I just got notified that they have launched a Vlogging Infrastructure, that is open for our use. You can find it by logging in to Veoh and under Home / My Vlogs here is my first vlog http://veoh.com/vlogs/jesus/ pretty cool stuff. still needs work, but a very easy way to create a vlog for us non-techies. and it comes with an RSS feed. Hey all, So as you know, I have been in touch with Veoh, so I just got a notification that they have launched a vlogging feature. They are looking for feedback from this group, so if we want to drive the product roadmap, they seem to be open to it. [videoblogging] A Vlogger Channel on Veoh?
I contacted Veoh today, and got a response from the CEO. Below is the thread. It looks like they are open to doing something special for the group, maybe a channel like their cult classics channel. Not sure if anyone is interested, but he suggested that they have some more vlogging tools coming out and that we could get a glimpse of them before they are out through a webinar (think that is a web seminar). Anyone interested in helping me get them to do something for us? I am starting to really like the service, and it is cool that the CEO responds to bizdev emails at 10pm. What did you have in mind? One option is to create a Channel for vloggers. Thanks, I did check out freevlog. great site. I am working on making a feed using feedburner. It looks like a lot of the vloggers in this group have a feed already on VEOH, although some still haven't claimed them. Would love opinion of how that works for any of you that are using it. Also, should I use some other communities? Tried YouTube, but didn't get any traction there. Not sure why. Haven't tried FireANT. BTW, next episode is all about Mel Gibson, Michael Jackson, and Bill O'Reilly.
