Made a few bucks doing an experimental real estate video recently with a friend who's an agent. We came up with a 3-minute format, that ends with NOT being able to get inside the house, so you've got to call him. His company (Coldwell Banker) liked it. I'm thinking if I have to make a few bucks I can pitch this at $400 a video or higher, and perhaps higher even if I agree to get paid only when a property sells.
