I can't give you specific instructions, but I'm pretty sure you can do split-screen in Premiere, either by masking or by cropping. Anyway, I thought all of the raw clips were going to be sent to one person to edit together into a montage/stitch. Maybe I didn't read closely enough. --- In videoblogging@yahoogroups.com, Devlon [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Neat idea, but some of us might not be setup to process the clip that way? YAHOO! I think another idea that was put forward was to mash some together ala brady bunch or something. I thought Premiere could do it also, but it certainly can't be me doing something wrong...it must be the software. I'm ga-ga for split-screen, so I am envisioning masked vertical strips of each voice, moving together to make one fractured but unified face. Of course, that means all contributors have to shoot from roughly the same angle and distance. Here's an example of some of my video/vertical-mask doodling... http://www.sito.org/~ed/flash/looper/ I've used vertical masking in a few of my vlog entries... http://bigtimetelevision.blogspot.com --- In videoblogging@yahoogroups.com, LeanBackVids.com [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Love the Brady bunch grid idea. Neat idea, but some of us might not be setup to process the clip that way? Split screen is pretty cool, but I can't do it with my version Premiere (or at least I haven't figured out how to yet) On 7/29/05, Ed [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: I'm ga-ga for split-screen, so I am envisioning masked vertical strips of each voice, moving together to make one fractured but unified face.
