Aha I was going to post about this when I saw it mentioned on techcrunch the 
other day:

The Techcrunch article highlights some concerns that anybody can put in an RSS 
feed and 
start monetizing other peoples videos, or at the very least peoples videos 
could end up 
hosted on your servers without the creator being aware of it.

Great question. We'll put up ToS shortly, but generally we favor the publisher. 
Nothing will 
happen to you or your content without your consent. We currently don't put any 
advertising in the content and we don't plan to without the publisher's opt-in.
