Too long? What's the limit, 10 min unless you have a director's
account? I don't think sponsorships are an issue. We've haven't had
any problems with it.

I don't agree. I think his guess about a sponsor is the right one. YouTube
doesn't want anyone making money from videos on their site except themselves
and their 'partners.'
