[videoblogging] Screen Capture program for PC

So, this is the deal. I am using Snapz Pro for my Mac, and have to say I am 
very happy. 
Now my wife asked me what program they could use at her office that is 
professional and 
good as Snapz Pro but for PC.

Suggestions?

Well, there's CamStudio.  Available from http://www.camstudio.org/
It's free.
It works quite well.  I've used it many times.
