I know for me, I took the concept to mean "out of my comfort zone"  or 
"Doing something you wouldn't normally do"  Perhaps a little bit of 
exhibitionism if your an introvert... even a small amount of exhibitionist 
behavior can be "dangerous" for someone who is really "Buttoned up".

I hate being in front of the camera so... I love to do footage of others 
doing things but having to be the one "on" is really hard and uncomfortable 
so.... I'm figuring on trying to be in a few things this week as opposed to 
running the camera....Ewww... I already feel dirty just thinking about it.

Anyway that's my two cents worth on the concept...
