I don't think there's anything wrong with printing out and collating
a Wikipedia entry if it's clearly indicated on the cover that the
content of the book is what is available online for free. Some people
may want to have the information in a hard copy format without having
to print it out themselves. But, the provenance does appear a little
too hidden in this case. The back cover claims that a portion of the
sales of each book will be donated to the Wikimedia Foundation, for
all that's worth.

Someone should be the first to review it on Amazon, go on Jessica, do it!

Hard to imagine someone so cheap or stupid that they can't print it
themselves or ask Kinko's to do it.
However IF the first line and front cover said something like A
compilation of Wikipedia entries that likely contain mistakes on the
life and work
of Lillian Gish than fine. It is beyond my comprehension why anyone
would want something with disclaimers that it probably is not
entirely accurate and has not been vetted. As one who had to correct a
Wikipedia factual mistake half a dozen times ( about Greg Maddux of
course)
until it stuck I can attest that one would never want to rely on them.

Sadly, I've previously spotted many of these books for sale on Amazon.
There's a generic publisher name, no indication that they've merely printed
pages from the internet.
You have to be paying attention to notice that it's a 7 page publication...
