Re: [Videolib] New Day Digital ??
Following up on the thread about New Day Digital, I'm happy to report that NDD is up and going strong. Perhaps there was a local glitch of some kind? Although we are pleased to offer some of our titles via Kanopy, as part of a pilot program with them, New Day Digital is New Day's primary streaming platform, offering a wide range of license options. They range from 3-day individual licenses to 5-year institutional streams. All of New Day's titles stream on NDD, and we are planning a number of major product innovations for the very near future. Hi Patti, Sarah and others, To clarify regarding the discussion below, Kanopy recently launched New Day Films to our collection and is honoring pre-existing licenses that institutions have on the New Day platform. If you wish to migrate your existing New Day licenses to your Kanopy platform (or a new platform should you not yet have one), please feel free to contact myself or the team here at Kanopy. We can also provide marc records for all titles. If you wish to discuss any other issues, feel free to email Karen Knox at New Day who will be able to support with any inquiries: newdayfi...@frontiernet.net Kind regards, Tom *Tom Humphrey* Kanopy *revolutionizing educational video* Level 4, 781 Beach St, San Francisco 94109 p: (+1) 415-513-1026 m: (+1) 617 955 9223 w: *www.kanopystreaming.com* <http://www.kanopystreaming.com> On Fri, Sep 18, 2015 at 8:50 AM, Patti Berky wrote: > Just got a call from Kanopy. Just got a call from Kanopy. New Day is shifting all of their titles from their own streaming to Kanopy. The Kanopy rep was calling me to verify which titles we had gotten directly from New Day. So maybe your titles are in transition?
