Problem:No Problem! Only some documentation is out dated.
I hope this is the correct way how I communicate changes
from which I think they could be helpful not only to me.
If not, please show me the correct way. Thanks!

Did you try these versions?  I recall there were problems with some
ported versions of gettext and tools, but perhaps these are fixed by
now.
