Thank you very much for the help. I apologize for the previous message that had 
no subject. I'm not sure what happened.

Our use Internet Explorer with the latest version of jaws. I need to pay my 
rent and they have put a caption in there. I tried to get the audio challenge 
but I couldn't hear it very well. Could someone please help me with typing in 
the capture and getting the audio challenge and also how to solve the capture 
with Internet explorer.

Bluetooth headset

Originally, I bought an Ultimate Echo Wonderboom bluetooth speaker, but when I 
got it home, I found 
that a speaker was not right for me, so I exchanged it for a Buffalo Soldier 
bluetooth headset and 
it is, make that *was, excellent.
In settings, there were the 2 bluetooth devices acknowledged, the Wonderboom 
which I, no longer,have 
and the Buffalo soldier .
However, for some reason that I cannot fathom, the iphone and Buffalo have lost 
contact with each 
other.
Bluetooth is "on", but there is no longer any mention of the devices being 
connected, and when I 
switch on the headset, it makes the dong-dong-dong of it powering up but the 
finalo cheep to 
indicate that it is connected to the phone does not come.
The only reference to bluetooth devices that I can find in settings is 
bluetooth on/off.  I am sure 
that there should be a setting for bt devices, but I can't find it.

VDR update??

I've just updated to latest VDR and all my books have disappeared! iCloud 
storage is turned on still but the only content showing is the document about 
the latest update!! What should I do??

Yes, it is under the VoiceOver settings, Audio.
That is also where sound affects and whether the calls automatically go to 
speaker if the phone is not by your ear.

to get access to the audio ducking feature, you need to enable it in
the roter. go to settings>general>accessibility>VoiceOver>roter. it'll
be their.

Hello, you need to turn off "always speak notifications" under settings > 
general > accessibility > VoiceOver.

An Unexpected iOS App Store VoiceOver Bug

Hello All,

I am not certain if this has been discussed, on-list, but yesterday, I
received a developer reply to my latest review.  

Even though the text of the reply was on-screen, VoiceOver would not read
the text of the reply but only that of my original review.

I have reported this to Apple and, hopefully, this very unexpected VoiceOver
bug will be addressed in a future release of the OS.

messenger & alerts?

hi guys, Whilst using messenger on my iphone. When the messenger alert 
sounds to let me know I have a message. The program reads out the 
message as well as the alert sound ding.
This is when my phone is in the lock screen mode, but think it does it 
all the time.

I want the ding alert, but not the reading of the message.
I'm not explaining this too well.
All I want is the alert sound and not hearing the message being read, Billy

Unfortunately, I don't think that there is anything that the iPhone is doing 
to adjust the sounds. Another option would be to delete the app and 
reinstall it.

Sounds is probably just going to be VoiceOver sounds, but with any rotor 
item, to add it to the rotor, just double tap on it and from then on, it 
should say "selected" and show up in the rotor.
Double tap and hold is for moving things around and is basically what you 
thought, you double tap, just don't pick up the second tap. Just plant your 
finger on the screen, and wait for the tri-tone, then you can slide your 
finger to move that item up or down the list.
As for the sounds, I was just chiming in to help get you to the right place 
that the other person was pointing you to. I know nothing of the game.
