Text Messages Not All Showing on Main Screen

Hello,

 

I am using an IPhone 8.  I was several versions of IOS behind & recently
updated to the current version.  In the past, text messages I would receive
would show up on my screen right below the time.  If I got a second message,
the first one would move down & the second would be above it.  Same with a
third message etc.  I never had to go to the main screen or the text app.
Now if I get a message, it is at the bottom of the screen.  That is no
problem.  The problem is if I get a second message there is no way to read
the first one except to open the text app & read it there.  This is very
annoying as sometimes I get 3 or 4 texts at nearly the same time.  It used
to be so easy to read them all.  Is there some setting I can change so that
the text messages all show up on the entry screen so I don't have to open
anything?

If you go to Amazon and paste " Renphro smart tape measure" into the search 
field you'll find it easily.

just another gadget which in my case I might use a few times and then it would 
end up in a drawer.
If you feel this would help you then by all means give it a try and if you find 
it's not what it claims to be and you buy it from Amazon you can always send it 
back.

arboleaf digital scale and it is very accessible with its app, but I saw that 
it recommends that I get a smart tape measure to take body measurements.

Does anyone know of a n accessible smart tape measure? I saw several on amazon 
like the Renphro smart tape measure, but wonder if anyone has any experience 
with any of the smart tape measures?
