That would make sense, but I have been trying different stations throughout the
two apps.

RE: Worry About iPhone and Radio Streaming

2023-02-07 Thread manyofus1...@outlook.com
Hi Jim
It could be the station. Some stations have a lot of trouble and go in and out
or connect then disconnect a number of times. If you aren't having trouble with
streaming them on the iPad, that is probably not an internet issue.

Hi everyone,
Here's something I've begun noticing over the past three days regarding my
phone, and it concerns me.
When I try streaming different radio stations, my phone starts out doing fine,
but then it either pauses the streaming for a bit or it completely stops as
though it loses connection or something.
I've tried it with the OoTunes app first. Then, I went to TuneIn and tried
streaming a couple different stations and get similar results.
Right now, I am streaming one that isn't doing the pausing as much, but it is
still doing it some. It just did it as I typed about it.

I've tried this same streaming experiment on my iPad and don't seem to have any
issues there.
Any idea what could be happening on my phone?
I don't know if I could stream radio stations on my watch, as I've not tried
it. Again, so far, this has been with stations on both Ootunes and TuneIn.
Pretty weird!
Jim

Two things:

Xfinity has been sending these emails out for several months, and they are
legitimate. They are making some changes, and some older mail clients won’t
work. I have received one similar to this.

Secondly, I have also received phony mails that mascaraed as Xfinity emails –
so you do have to be careful.

Maybe the Accessibility department isn’t in the loop. You could always contact
regular Comcast, good luck. And if you get somebody who knows something, and
they say they’ve never heard of it, then I guess it’s for sure a fraud. I think
Comcast has a fraud department or something. You could forward it there if you
can find their address.

I haven’t seen anything like that either. I suspect it’s some kind of fraud. Maybe the Accessibility department isn’t in the loop. You could always contact regular Comcast, good luck. And if you get somebody who knows something, and they say they’ve never heard of it, then I guess it’s for sure a fraud. I think Comcast has a fraud department or something. You could forward it there if you can find their address.Sent from my iPhoneOn Feb 7, 2023, at 4:03 PM, Kathy Brandt wrote:Alvin, there was no text Portion of your message. On Feb 7, 2023, at 6:17 PM, alban hoxha wrote:
