Just like the last 3 or 4 times that you’ve posted this “Bug”, this simply 
isn’t effecting other users. It is an isolated issue. You will have to contact 
Facebook accessibility. I have not had this bug for several months now.

I'm not an expert, but my team has developed and does support a mobile app. You 
are able to update content in a mobile app now without waiting for the user to 
download a new version of the app. Note that this is just for content. The app 
still needs to be updated for other functional changes. I assume this could 
have repercussions for accessibility, but these accessibility regressions 
should be limited. I'm also not sure how the need to update your apps would go 
away altogether, at least not with this method of updating content.
