Try Tonal Energy Chromatic Tuner. It has a metronome that is what you want. It's accessible. On the app store it goes by the name, TE Tuner. Hello there friends and list members,

I am needing to get a good metronome app that goes beyond the basics. I'm
needing one that is easy to set and that allows for particular sub beats to
be set as well.

The app my music teacher is using is called ProMetronome, and it does some
fantastic stuff. However, I don't know if it is just operator error, but I
haven't found it to be very accessible or useable. Some of the buttons don't
seem to be labeled, and I can't tell how to set a particular tempo or beats
per minute.

Before I write to the app developer, I wanted to know if anyone has used it
or if other people find it useable and maybe I am the one missing something.
I don't want to write a developer and give him a whole deal about
accessibility to blind people when other blind people are using the app just
fine. I hope you don't mind if I brought this up on the list.

First Bookshare's response doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Once the book is downloaded, you do not need internet access. When I contacted bookshare about this... they said sometimes books are taken offline due to copyright etc. The skeliton is still there but the book is taken down. This is very odd. I have never lost the download button. Perhaps everyone needs to specify which phone and iOS is being used. Have you tried moving the little bart up - the bar above the Volume Up and 
Volume Down buttons? 

Otherwise, you could go to settings, Sounds and Haptics and check your ring 
volume, which could have gotten turned down for some reason.

Thanx, Richard. A three finger swipe down, refreshed the, recently updated 
element. There were 12 updates waiting to be integrated. Voicedream version 
4.34.3, still offers no download option in bookshare.
