Re: Don’t you think that ios Voiceover sound scheme need some change now?
Hi Sieghard and all, At the very outset, Thannks for responding. I’m trying to respond to Sieghard's question. My mail is going to be a bit longer than usual.. Yes. I do agree with you that windows sounds have been around since long, but windows sound schemes has a variety. If I’m correct, there are 14 sound schemes to choose from and even we have the option to customize those presets sound schemes. There are few sound effects which I like a lot in voiceover, such as tick tick sound of progress bar when you open a page on Safari. It is the most elegant sound in voiceover. For instance, I Wonder as to what the page turn sound signifies when you turn pages on ibooks, or on any other application. Why can’t we have a realistic page turn sound on all applications including Ibooks instead some metallic sound effect? When we flick left and right, and reach at the end of the options, the banging sound which we hear is not pleasing at all. Especially when you are putting earpods on. The sound effect of finger drag on a blank space needs to be changed. To put it in greater details, just power up the ios device and drag the finger on lock screen. Again, sound does not go well with the newer and good looking glossy devices. However, the finger drag sound over the icons is good, and suits well to the fancy looking glass phones. The Voiceover Screenlock sound displeases me the most. Why not to bring the ios 9 screenlock sound to voiceover? To cut the story short, Apple should incorporate and provide us the various customizable voiceover sound schemes to choose from. @Carl: thanks for agreeing. @Larry: various customizable voiceover sound schemes can be an option. @William: Yes. Volume down and volume up for voiceover sound effects can be an solution without affecting the other volumes @Devin: the iPhone interface itself to have to have sounds may be possibility, but it looks a hard battle to convince apple to do so. In this case, providing customizable sounds schemes on voiceover appears to an achievable target. Regards, Akhilesh. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list. Re: Adding a song to an existing playlist in apple music
Hi, the entire process will be same except the last final step as you described. instead of flicking up or down, just double tap and press long the song which you'd like to ad to your existing playlist. a dialogue box will appear consisting of various options including the add to play list option which you want. select the desired option and find the playlist by flicking left or right in which you like to add the selected song. double tap the selected play list and the song is added to your desired playlist...
