Low Volume

A friend of mine has an iPhone 6 Plus, and is having trouble with her volume. 
When he first got the phone it was fine, but now the volume is low, and she can 
barely hear it. Any suggestions on how she can fix this?

After I updated my Dropbox app, it has started to crash on my iPhone 7 with the 
latest iOS software update. I have uninstalled it about five times and 
reinstalled it, but it still is crashing. Has anyone else had this problem? If
