I was able to figure out how to use the App, and I am enjoying it. I wish there was a way to find out what channels are which. When I tap on the show, the only way I can find out what channel I am watching is to listen. Other than that, I am pleased. RE: A glitch with ring tones since updating to 11.
I did fix the problem. What I ended up doing was going in to settings, general, reset, and reset network. Once the network settings were reset and the phone was rebooted, everything worked just fine. It has been said that before you install an update to IOS on the phone that you should reset network settings first. I never had problems before, so I did not do this, but I will do this for now on. Sirius/XM now on Echo devices.
Good morning! If you have an echo device and if you have a Sirius/XM Internet account, you can now listen to Sirius/XM on your Echo device. Say "Alexa enable Sirius/XM". Then, go to the Alexa App in the home screen and link your Sirius/XM account. Once this is completed, voila, you will be able to listen. When you first listen, your Echo device may buffer, but let it go through its paces, and then the quality will be great. The Sirius/XM App is very accessible with VO. When my receiver died, I bought a blue tooth speaker for my phone and listened to Serius XM using my phone for quite some time. Now that I have an Echo Dot and now that Sirius XM can be accessed using Echo devices, my phone is freed up for other things. This does work outside the US. I talked to a friend from Australia using Alexa. It really is not a huge deal. It is yet another bit of technology in the tool box. I started using Uber a month ago. I have a guide dog, and I did not tell Uber prior to transport that I have a guide dog because there was no place for such notes in account set up, and legally, I don't have to tell Uber that I have a guide dog. A question about Whatsapp.
Due to the fact that Roger will be going away eventually, my Roger groups are migrating over to Whatsapp. I have a couple of questions. 1. If you record a voice message that you don't want to keep, can you delete individual messages? When clearing a chat, does this action clear the messages?
