Not receiving my iTunes receipts, need help thanks

 I hope it’s OK to send this through to the group, I’m not receiving any of my 
iTunes purchases, or receipts, not receiving any iTunes receipts, have not been 
receiving them for a few months now, they told me to contact my email server, 
they said nothing is blocked, but still not receiving them, it’s been that way 
for a few months, has anyone else experienced this issue yet, and what did you 
do thank you hope it’s OK to put this through to the group

Re: Bluetooth keyboard keystroke request

 Hello I hope this gets to someone that can help thank you not really sure how 
to do this email thing I do but I keyboard and for the first time, I understand 
the up-and-down arrow keys and I know where the enter key is in the is there a 
voice over command, you were mentioning the control, with the options I believe 
where is the control key and what is the office key sorry I hope I’m not 
sounding dumb dummy dummy, thank you for any help in any suggestions I’m 
totally blind, using a keyboard for the first time I’m not sure how to do it
