Hi. I can't perform all the gestures using Voice-Over on the iPhone 5c. The
tech person at the Apple store turned off control center. How do I turn on
Control Center to see if this will make a difference. For instance, I can't
flick up with three fingers to get in to control center from settings and
iCloud and I can't flick up with one finger when I'm on Typing Mode to
either choose Standard Typing or Touch Typing. Thanks allot.
