RE: the iPhone 13 pro max

2021-11-14 Thread jennie.facer
Hi,

The XR I believe is 6.1 and the maxes are 6.7. The only difference between the
12 pro max and the 13 pro max is that the buttons are placed differently. Other
than that, they are both the same size, by quite a bit bigger than an XR.

Hope this helps,

Jenn

Hi I have the 10 r phone currently.

Now if I was to upgrade to the 13 pro max what would I be gaining and how big
would the 13 pro max be compared to the 10 r that I have now?

Also would I have more batter life with the 13 pro max then with my 10 r if by
how much?

RE: Got airpods is there anything I need to know about using them with voiceover and any tips and tricks anyone can provide

2021-03-25 Thread jennie.facer
Hi Jen,

You will have to look in the settings to see what all can be changed, because
honestly, I don’t remember with those Airpods. Mine are just a little bit
different.

Yes, there are some settings within Accessibility settings that you can change,
but again, I don’t remember what they are.

I charge my battery case at least once a week, but it will depend on how much
you use them.

If you add the battery widget to your home screen, you should be able to see
their status. That is if you are running iOS 14. Also, if you unlock your
phone, then open the Airpods case, you will get a little popup on the screen
that tells you the percentage of them.

Hope this helps,

Jenn

What settings do you change in the Bluetooth AirPod settings area.

Is there anywhere else that you need to change settings. How often do you
charge your case for them. Is there A way to tell when your AirPods need
charging and how much battery is left on them.

Hi Jen,

If you still need some assistance with your AirPods, let me know. What you do
is just tap on the top of the AirPod to activate controls. You can use them
just like any other wired or Bluetooth headphones. Tap once to make a call,
twice to play and so on. If you go to settings, Bluetooth and then your
AirPods, flick up on that before you open it, and there are some nice things
you can configure in there. Hope this helps,

Hi,
I got I believe it’s the first version of AirPods yesterday and I am wondering
if there is anything that I should know about using them with voiceover I
connected them via Bluetooth to my phone and I know they work but other than
that I know nothing about using them so if anyone can give me a tutorial with
everything I may need to know I would greatly appreciate it.
Sorry for being so unspecific in an email but not even sure the questions I
should be asking.
Thanks in advance for any help.

RE: Apple airpods pro

2020-11-14 Thread jennie.facer
Hi Chris,

All you have to do is make sure your phone is unlocked, then open the lid of
the case, then wait for VoiceOver to ask you if you want to connect. It is a
pretty easy process. Once they are paired to your phone, they should work with
all of your devices signed into your iCloud account.

As for gestures, the Airpods have tiny little sticks if you will that hang down
by your ear coming sort of close to your mouth. You squeeze on these things to
do what you want them to do. One squeeze is to start music and answer and hang
up calls and the sort. If you double squeeze, you will fast forward the music.
If you squeeze and hold it for a second, it changes it from noise canceling to
transparency mode.
These are a few things that will get you started.

Have a great day!

I appreciate any tips.

I’m seeing this a bit late, but have you tried to repair Office? I’ve seen this
problem before. I believe that’s what I had to do to get the error to stop.
Also Office 365.

Hi,
While I won't use iCloud for Windows because it seems to always be more trouble
than it is worth, have you tried setting your default Email client through
Windows settings?
Hit your windows key and trype default.
The first thing should come up saying default apps.
Press enter.
For me, the first item is Email and mine says outlook.
If yours says something else, hit enter on the button and select the one you
want, i.e. outlook.

I have the same thought. I have used it numerous times and it hasn't crashed
for me either.

Hmm,

I have the 6+ and have not seen it crash at all.
I use the music APP loads.
I wonder what is different on your device that is making it crash for you.

The music app crashes a lot for me on my iPhone 6 plus. I thought it was just
me since nobody else has complained about this that I have noticed. It
especially does this anytime I am in the you tab browsing and then I select a
suggestion, once I get to that playlist or album, the app crashes. The only way
I can avoid this is to flick up and down on a suggested playlist or album and
choose play but if I activate the link then the music app crashes.
I also get random crashes in other areas if I am browsing but this is the most
consistent and easiest to explain. :)

Christina
