Hi,

I don’t use a braille display, so my suggestion is based on my experience using 
my device without any other technology. Have you tried turning on screen 
recognition or turning off screen recognition if it is on?? I have noticed, 
when using my iPhones on screen keyboard, if the cursor jumps around, turning 
on screen recognition if it is off or turning off screen recognition if it is 
on, seems to stop the cursor from jumping around in the app that I may be 
using. If it works it is a solution until Apple fixes the problem.

I can confirm that while writing an email, the phrase “message body text field 
is editing” pops up, so you seem to lose your place and cannot get it back 
easily without touching the screen.
Most annoying.
