Re: 7.1, can it be jailbroken?

2014-03-15 Thread Gmail
Honestly, this is probably just a rumor. Things can be done, given enough time,
and you never know what developments will come up and let jailbreak developers
do their thing. I wouldn't take this too seriously if I were you.

Thanks,
Ari

Yes I read this too. One of the reasons is when a jailbreak comes out apple
closes up the exploits. Eventually it may be just to much work to jail
break, at least that is what I got out of the article.

Hello Rolle and all, I just wanted to let you know that I heard from
a friend that the next jailbreak will not be out until I was eight..

Hi there. The short answer is no, not yet. The next part I know will
not help you now, but might help you in the future. If your phone
ever get stuck in a reboot loop because of an incompatible app or
jailbreak tweak, you can boot it up into safe mode by pressing
volume down as the phone is rebooting.
This happened to me once when I jailbroke using iOS 6.1. I installed
a tweak which wasn't yet iOS 6 compatible.

Hello folks. Just curious, I think I know the answer to this as no.
But I want to see what anyone else thinks. Can version 7.1 of the
iOS software be jailbroken? Have they released a jailbreak for it?
Reason I ask is, my phone got stuck in a boot loop the other day
and I had to restore my device and it restore to 7.1. I'm hoping it
Canby, because I had some pretty cool apps that I like. But I guess
I am basically out of luck now.
I hope they can somehow find a way to jailbreak it. If there is a
way, what somebody please let me know about it? Thank you. Jerry
