Thank you, Paula, for that number. My audiologist didn't give me that kind of 
info at all, just suggesting I come in again so that she can reprogram the 
device. I'll call their tech support number, and, of course, if I really have 
to, I'll go back in to see her.

times and they’ve been very helpful. That number is: (800) 328-8602. They might 
be able to help.
