Hi, Yes, they seem to have broken a lot in iTunes 11.0.2 in general. First it was descriptions for Podcasts/TV shows, now the audiobooks thing? Not to mention all Podcast episodes being marked as unplayed, even if they weren't previously. Not when using the keyboard, at least. I can, however, find them by using NVDA's Object Navigation. However, when doing so, I can only check the first item of either list.
