I haven't had any problems with the BARD Mobile app is working just fine for me.

Your best  bet is to write to nlsdownl...@loc.gov  There have been
some issues of late with the Bard site. Sounds like you got enough
space on that iPhone to run a small country.

Hi.
It's been quite a while since I've used BARD Mobile, so I decided to play 
around with it again when one of my students downloaded it and took it for a 
spin. We both had different problems. Even though we were on the same wi-fi, 
her phone kept failing to connect to Bard's network.  Mine, on the other hand, 
connected just fine, but at the end of my book download I got an error saying 
that there was insuffient storage for the book, which is utterly absurd. I'm 
running a 256-gig  iPhone 7 and, last I checked, I had 206 gigs of free 
storage.  Insufficient storage? Yeah, right. What's going on with their 
network/servers and what's up with the insufficient storage issue? I've heard 
that Bard has been real squirrely for some folks lately.  Is this the kind of 
stuff that people are talking about?  Curious.
