Thank you very much, Tara-Jee. As far as typing is concerned, it was my own fault because I set typing to Standard typing when I was trying to get some emoji’s in a message and then forgot to set back it to touch-typing. So typing is just fine now, however, battery problem is still there. It is not charging beyond %80. I replaced my battery in March so it is still in warranty and I can take it to AppleStore. Thanks! You should be able to type normally when the charger is not connected if that is the case. You can try another charger and see if you’re still having charging related issues. you should also bring down the battery charge to zero till the phone gets switched off by itself. You should turn it back on after two or three minutes. That should fix any issues you may have with the battery gauge. I strongly suspect the problem is with your charging cord. You should be able to type normally when the charger is not connected if that is the case. You can try another charger and see if you’re still having charging related issues. you should also bring down the battery charge to zero till the phone gets switched off by itself. You should turn it back on after two or three minutes. That should fix any issues you may have with the battery gauge. I'd make an appointment with someone at the Genius bar at your nearest Apple store and have them run some diagnostics on it. If the phone is hot to the touch, that could be the problem. Hello: First of all I would do a hard reset which is volume down volume up and side button and hold the side button until the phone gets to the power off mode make sure you flip the power off and shut it down then reboot. If that doesn’t work unplug it and plug it back in and if that doesn’t work I would take it to Apple if you still got the phone under warranty I don’t know how the battery can be under warranty in the phone not so that would probably work out. Hi, Maybe its a dumb idea, but have you tried backing up your phone and doing a restore? If it doesn't help, i'd take it to apple. See what they say, specially if your device still has warranty.
