Yes, if you click the button to have the AirTag make a sound from within the Find My app, it will beep longer than if you ask Siri to find it. However, it will not beep continuously; only a few times. The button is after you double tap on the AirTag is on the same screen and it 
is called play sound. It is right next to the button that gives you directions.

I am not aware of a setting that will allow it to be continuously. However, if you have a newer phone, you can ask for directions to get to the item and your phone will describe how to get to it. Going to the Find My app, and make it beat from there. It will be for longer 
once you do that.

Bit Urgent: Having Airtag Beeping Continuously?

Hi, list.
I am travelling tonight and I have a question about airtag; I ask Siri where is 
my airtag? She finds it but the found airtag beeps once only, can I have it 
beeping continuously? If yes, how can it be done, please? How can I stop the 
beep once the item is found?
