Yes, it is no different than any of the other call recording apps, you have to
establish a 3-way call where one side of the call goes to some server run by
the app developer where your calls are recorded. Then you pay to get access to
said recordings. I would also be quite worried about who else has access to
them and by that I of course mean those who run the servers.
There simply are no apps allowed by Apple which record phone calls locally on
the phone although I assume you can do so if you Jailbreak.
If you really and very badly have to record a phone call then the easiest way
is to make your call on speakerphone and use another device like a tape
recorder, digital recorder or another iDevice if you have one to record the
call this way.

from Settings in the recorder app. It works with France Canada US UK and Italy
and I didn't check any other countries. The thing is you have to buy credits to
