It's cheap, it's totally accessible, and yes, you can do all that. I'm sure 
there's things it can do that dropbox can't, but can't remember what now. 
You don't need to ahve dropbox installed so long as you have Droptext and a 
Dropbox account to hook it to.

Click the Add button, you get anoption of folder or file;  pick file, and 
you're in a text input field. When you're done, I think there's an actions 
button,  that will include save, and so on.
