I don't normally do this. But I wanted to backup some of the claims I was
making. I feel it is important.

What is going on?

I have to agree with Dennis here. For those of us who are less technically
comfortable releasing a product without notes is like sudden death and Hable
does this a lot. While I think some people have asked for more than Hable can
deliver they need to be realistic and make choices. I started out loving the
device but have found it difficult to learn to use because of the way they so
sloppily do their documentation. And if Roger you think this is so great
perhaps you should spend some of your time helping people who struggle. I think
we have been very patient with Hable and they have never been completely
honest with us. When I got mine I tried to set up an appointment for help not
once, not twice, but three times, and I got no assistance. So yes they may be a
small staff but they have made promises, including a better help system, and
have been unable to follow through. To continue to survive and I hope they do,
they need to step up to the plate and figure out what they can realistically do
and follow through on.

Well you keep being there Dennis. But as for me, I use mine every day. I
like it; each to his own. It may not be perfect, but for what it is,
it's great. Voiceover isn't perfect. Microsoft isn't perfect. So why
should Hable be perfect, especially with the small staff they have. So,
you stick to your preference, and I'll stick to mine.
