Unless Apple just changed the policy, it is 6 total people, the Organizer and 5 
more.
If the app says that Family Purchase is Yes in the app store description, then 
in-app purchases should be covered. Exactly how that works I'm not sure.
I'd recommend calling Apple Accessibility and asking them to clarify.

I have one more question. What if a certain app requires in-app purchase?
Once I do in-app purchase and other members will get the app, will they 
have in-app purchase included or each member must do in-app purchase?

In app purchases are not covered by family sharing. Those are purchased per 
Apple ID.

I have some questions about family sharing feature:
1. At first would anyone, please, describe how does it work?
2. In case I will setup Family sharing how many people can be invited?
3. Let's say I will purchase an app, how will other people know that
