Carol, I don't iknow any reason why it shouldn't work. In Windows, if you want to rename a file, just select it and press F2, then you can type in a new name. So if you don't get the name you want, it's easily sorted. Vince. You can do that in Windows. Yes, I understand how to do this using Windows but I was hoping to be able to rename the photo on the phone and keep that name, whatever I did and for as long as I Chose. However, it doepn't appear that I can do this. I personally feel quite strongly that this should be easily achievable so that a blind person needs only to check the photo once, using someone's help, and then the item is permanently labelled with a description. It's a very laborious, convoluted way around to have to transfer that item to a computer so that you can relabel and then send it off wherever you choose. What do others think?
