Hi Candy,
When I find something that I want to delete, I usually just flick up or down
with one finger until VoiceOver says "delete", then double-tap. That method
works almost all of the time, and when it doesn't, I then have to turn the
rotor until Actions is selected, at which time I'll repeat the flick and
double-tap procedure that I just mentioned. Hope that helps.
