Kay, I don’t have resound hearing aids, but if they are MFI certified, they should pair automatically. Perhaps there’s a setting that your hearing aids have to be in. I belong to a group of blind hearing aid users. I can ask there for you, but perhaps it’s the resounds you have. When I pair my oticons they automatically pair for me. Try the regular Bluetooth just in case that’s how they pair. I will check on the other list for you because I know that some of the people have resound. Hopefully someone here has them also.
