Yes, that is just what I want to do. I thought I remembered where things were, but what I have discovered is that it has been locked down by a company and I think this is the problem. Hi Kay, Go to Settings / General / Reset button and single finger double tab to open. Swipe to find several options, the first being, Reset all settings, and the second being, Erase all content and settings. I've never done this before so, I would assume the second option is what you want, but I would ask Apple Accessibility to be on the safe side. Swipe through the other options just to see what's there just for the hell of it. Stay safe & take care. Mike.
