RE: I think I'll need to send my iPhone in for repairs, my 2 bottom speakers won't output at all

2020-10-20 Thread Carolyn
You know, now that you mention Bluetooth, when I updated, it came on to
Bluetooth in my hearing aids. I just told Siri to turn it off, as I did not
want it, and Siri turned off Bluetooth.

Joshua,

Since you use a lot of Bluetooth speakers, I'd suggest you open control center
by placing focus on the time or something else in the status bar and doing a 3
finger swipe up. Swipe until you reach Bluetooth and turn it off. After doing
that, see if you notice any difference in your iPhone speakers. You might keep
a set of wired earphones handy in case you get no sound.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi to all. I
unplugged my iPhone from recharging. I stopped using a bluetooth speaker and I
just found out that the bottom speakers on my iPhone 8 have no sound coming
from them at all. I went into audio settings and turned mono audio off and on
again. However, when I tested the balance control, I had the wright speakers
all the way to 100% and no sound came from then at all. Just the speaker on
the top of my iPhone. I turned my iPhone off and on again. I have no idea
what happened. This is very frustrating. I've got apple accessibility on hold
now. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Re: I think I'll need to send my iPhone in for repairs, my 2 bottom speakers won't output at all

2020-10-20 Thread Marty Hutchings
I've got an iPhone 8 and it only has one speaker on the bottom. The other
grill is for a microphone. My top speaker does sound scratchy, so I would
like to know if there is anything that can be done for it.
