Hi, no it does not add it as a contact but kind of in a way does when you go to compose a new email, And after you hit the first letter that it starts with, once you've done that it sazon just in iCloud. But you will be able to find it again on your phone to remove it, the compose button again, More info, and then tap button that says remove from recent.
