Re: Jailbreak Apple TV?
Has anyone actually been able to use XBMC which afaik is the only piece of software with a GUI that you can install after jailbreaking? Google suggests that it is completely unusable with vo, but from what some people have been saying on the list it would appear that this isn't the case. Could people confirm if they are talking from first hand experience or if they are just going on information that they have heard as is the case with this message? I'd hate for someone to go out, buy a device, jailbreak and then find that it was inaccessible. As a side note, most versions of the stripped down iOs that it runs aren't jailbreakable. If there has been progress in the accessibility of XBMC type apps this may convince me to by one as I find the out of the box functionality quite disappointing, especially as not everyone in my family has an iDevice and the vod options that are available in the UK are extremely poor.
