Hello Ari,
Many have reported that the only way to get things working with the K N F B
reader, after updating to iOS 10, is to delete the app, then, reinstall it.
Personally, I’ve not had to do this yet but, I am prepared to do so should it
become necessary as this has become a most important tool in my daily life.

Subject: KNFBReader reading voice stuck on Alison.
No matter what I try and switch the voice to, Istm always stuck with Alison.
What could I be doing wrong? I go into the voice screen, and select compact
Samantha, and press back. I don't see a done button, so back is my only.
option. I also don't see a done button in the main settings screen, so have to
press the back button to get out of that. Is anyone else having this issue?
