Re: Latest Supersense crashes in Object Explorer mode.

2022-03-06 Thread Shane Lowe
Thanks so much for reaching out about this. I was able to reproduce the issue,
and it was reported to me on Thursday as well. We are working on fixing it in
our next release. I’ll keep you posted!

All the best,
 Shane

Latest Supersense crashes in Object Explorer mode.

2022-03-04 Thread Malcolm Parfitt
Hello friends,

Having updated Supersense to the latest version I am experiencing a problem
with Object Explorer Mode.

All other aspects of the app work fine.

If I start Object Explorer Mode as soon as an object comes into view the app
crashes. The app is still in the App Switcher.

By Object Explorer Mode I mean the premium feature where the app describes
objects in real time as they come into view.

I am using an iPhone 12 Pro with all latest updates.

Can anyone reproduce this issue?

I have removed and reinstalled the app and restarted the device but to no avail.

Thanks.
