I didn’t know you could actually do that. I have tried in the past and haven’t
been very successfully in the way I’d like.

Subject: Listing appointments in the native iOS Calendar

Good day. I am trying to list my appointments in the iPhone Calendar. I know
there's a way to do it but I can't recall how. I tried toggling the list button
at the top but I only switch between the month and day views when it is
selected and a multi-month view when the List button is unselected. Could
someone give me some direction on what I'm missing? I have yet to find the
perfect calendar for me, but I was sure an appointment list did exist in the
native calendar. For what it's worth, I'm using iOS 16.5.1.

Thanks,

Wayne

RE: Listing appointments in the native iOS Calendar

2023-07-14 Thread Richard Turner
My wife found a slightly different method that also works.

When in July, double tap on the today button in the lower left.

Then, double tap on list at the top.

That should also get you the appointments by headings.

Hit the back button to return to the regular view.

If Iunderstand you correctly, you are looking for a list of dates that just
have appointments, and you can jump from day to day by heading. This is the
closest you will get to a list of appointments.

OK, lets start from the beginning. So hit the back button until you do not
have one. And yes, list should be selected.

The current year, 2023, should be at the top as a heading. Just swipe to July
and double tap.

On the next screen you will have the months listed with the days after the
month title. So swipe to the 14th of July and double Tap.

Now you should be on a screen where each day is a heading. Move from day to
day by using headings on the rotor.

Days without an appointment should be skipped.

I will warn you. When navigating by heading, sometimes voiceover jumps around,
but this does not happen if you swipe through the days.

Hope this is helpful.

Chris
