Hi Jenny, Well, I guess there must indeed be something wrong with this ringtone. I can import it into my Tones library just fine and it plays just fine, but when I check it to sync it to my phone it doesn't seem to show up. If I look at On this iPhone from inside iTunes and check my tones it also shows up there, but it says copying in front of the name. It's almost like it's still copying, but the iTunes sync finishes and it's just not working. Sorry I can't be of more help, maybe try to redownload it. I'd rename your existing file and after you download it again check the exact size and see if it's the same as there is always a chance something got corrupted during the download.
