The service is called Aira. The app store link for the app is https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/aira/id1071584352?mt=8. However, the app won't do you much good without having a subscription to the service and the subscriptions are definitely on the expensive side, I belive they range from $89 to $199 a month. This includes the Google Glass or other device you choose. Their website is https://aira.io/.
