I remember several of you mentioned that the Neato app wasn’t very accessible, 
and that when contacted, Neato support wasn’t really promising to look into it 
or to get it done any time soon.

 

Below is an article from Kim Komando mentioning 6 unknown Amazon Alexa features 
you may not know about, and one of them was the ability to start the Neato vac 
cleaning your house, when you had the app installed on your phone.  I’d suggest 
that those interested in this, add a comment to the article mentioning that the 
Neato app isn’t accessible to the visually impaired, and when contacted the 
company didn’t seem all that interested in solving this problem.  I believe 
it’s this type of publicity which causes change to happen.

I did add such a comment myself.
