Hi Lori, I would definitely check with the employer. And see if they have 
changed their outgoing server settings. If so, you may have to see about 
re-adding the account.

Well, I just looked at my Outlook on iOS and it seems to pull all that from my 
Microsoft account.  I have Microsoft 365.
So, perhaps calling Microsoft Accessibility support?  800-936-5900.

Go to file, account options, go to the info tab,  highlight your email address, 
enter, and go to change settings, you’ll see name settings, enter on that and 
you can edit your name.

 

Hope that helps, I was trying to write that out from memory, so I apologize if
